ICE HANDLING SYSTEMS
Icelings has developed ice handling systems which include belt conveyors and vertical and horizontal screw conveyors adapted to the properties of tube ice. The systems also feature scoops and rakes – which can be used in single or duplex arrangements – for the discharge of the ice from the store to the external delivery points. Designed to convey the ice efficiently our screw conveyors are available in Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel construction and offers capacity as per customer requirements.

ICE CRUSHERS
Crush Tube Ice with Ice Crusher. Available in Stainless Steel Construction with online version to be fitted directly onto screw conveyor to crush tube ice online. Also available in stand alone version.
BLOCK ICE PRESS
Icelings offers hydraulic block press which can compress tube ices into block ice in capacity ranging from 5kg to 25kg. Block ice press is offered in Online as well as Off line version. Online version will receive the tube ice from the ice hopper and will convert tube ice into block ice in less than a minute. In manual version, ice needs to be filled manually into the press.
ICELINGS – STAINLESS STEEL ICE STORAGE HOPPER
Available in the capacity of 250 KG to 2500 KG, these stainless steel hoppers are ideally suited for ice storage for shorter durations.
