Performance conditions & pre-dispatch testing
- Machine performance depends on continuous product flow and proper hopper feeding
- Uniform film thickness (±5%) and stable air pressure are required
- Consistent product bulk density and moisture, plus regular maintenance
- For pre-dispatch testing, customers should provide 2 rolls of packaging film and 50 kg of product
- Testing material must reach us at least 4 weeks before dispatch
