Overview
Available in capacities from 3.5 TPD to 120 TPD of tube ice and crushed ice, the plant is designed for continuous performance in hot-weather concreting, where lowering the mix temperature is critical to strength, workability and long life.
Rugged design, plug-and-play installation and easy relocation make it the preferred choice for RMC plants, precast yards and large infrastructure sites across India and export markets.

How it works
From water to packed ice
-
Chilled water is fed to the tube ice generator housed inside the container, producing clear tube ice on the inner tube walls.
-
Automatic hot gas harvest releases the ice, which is cut to length and — where required — passed through a crusher for finer particle sizes.
-
Ice is conveyed into the insulated ice storage room integrated within the container.
-
Ice is discharged directly into the concrete batching plant to replace part of the mix water, lowering the concrete placement temperature.
