Performance conditions & pre-dispatch testing

  • Machine performance depends on continuous product flow and proper hopper feeding
  • Uniform film thickness (±5%) and stable air pressure are required
  • Consistent product bulk density and moisture, plus regular maintenance
  • For pre-dispatch testing, customers should provide 2 rolls of packaging film and 50 kg of product
  • Testing material must reach us at least 4 weeks before dispatch

How it works

From water to packed ice

  1. Requirement study

Capacity, ambient, water chemistry and duty cycle audited on site.

  2. Engineering & design

3D plant layout, P&ID, load calculations and energy modelling.

  3. In-house manufacturing

Generators, condensers and skids fabricated and tested in our works.

  4. Installation & commissioning

Our engineers erect, charge and prove performance on site.

  5. Training & lifetime support

Operator training, spares and remote diagnostics for plant life.
